[SQLObject] Inheritance: documentation and a test case

Hello!

   I've commited documentation (actually, a modified version of Daniel's
description) and a test case, based on the example in his text:

   I am not good at writing reST, so the doc almost certainly will have
problems converting to HTML. I'll work on it.
