[SQLObject] Table inheritance

Hello!

   I have created a private branch to play with table inheritance , and
commited a first patch:

   http://svn.colorstudy.com/home/phd/SQLObject/inheritance/

The patch contains changes to sqlobject/main.py. Documentation and test
suite will follow.

   IWBN if people who are interested in table inheritance start using
and testing this version.
