[SQLObject] select distinct patch

Hi,
I applied the distinct-select.patch from Jeremy Fitzhardinge
http://article.gmane.org/gmane.comp.python.sqlobject/1637
and it works as expected.
I tested it with MySQL.
The patch is very useful for me -- it would be nice to have it in 0.6.
