[SQLObject] Firebird fixes

Some Firebird fixes have been applied.  There are still outstanding 
issues, but at least this is a better starting point.  Or maybe I'm 
just at a better starting point.

Anyway, like usual CVS is slow (SourceForge says this will be fixed 
soon), so you can get the updates from
