[SQLObject] Firebird support

I added the Firebird Database support that James Ralston wrote.  I also 
have Firebird now installed on my computer to test it out, but I'm not 
really sure how to set it upt, like how to create a database and set 
permissions and such.  If anyone can give me some quick pointers (I 
happen to be using the Debian packages, if that's useful), it would 
allow me to do continued testing as SQLObject evolves.
