[SQLObject] New FAQ

There's a FAQ up on the website:

I'm happy to add more examples and problems, especially idioms for
solving typical issues.  It should also probably contain something about
BOOLEAN, Binaries, composite IDs, non-int IDs... any other common issues
that aren't solved but should be (and are asked about)?
