+Lazy Updates and Insert

+`Lazy updates <SQLObject.html#lazy-updates>`_ allow you to defer
+sending ``UPDATES`` until you synchronize the object.  However, there
+is no way to do a lazy insert; as soon as you create an instance the
+``INSERT`` is executed.
