What really changed since alpha1:

* Remove pg8000 driver.

* Tweaks in running Firebird server at Travis.

* Run tests at AppVeyor with MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQLite and MS SQL;
  with Python 3.4 and 3.5; x86 and x64.
