I think you can do it like this (untested):

from sqlobject.sqlbuilder import *
qA = Persons._connection.queryAll
sql = sqlrepr(Insert(table=Persons.q, values=["Hetland", "Camilla", "Hagabakka 24", "Sandnes"]))
qA(sql)
