Sorry, I wasn't very clear.
This urls have parameters, which are discovered by - -forms options (and log indicate that sqlmap find them) but they are both equals.

http://mywebsite.com/mypage.php?id=1
http://mywebsite.com/foo/mypage.php?id=1

Because there are no usable GET parameters inside of those provided links (e.g. ?id=1)

At the end of the scan, some urls are skip and I don't understand why.
In previous case, the second will be skipped.

Why some urls are skipped ? And there is a way to force the scan ?
