[sqlmap-users] speed improvement of --replicate

hi all.

minor update. all of you who tried to dump big tables into
sqlite3 db using --replicate switch you have probably noticed
that it was pretty slow. now, the speed is vastly improved with
the last commit (r3667). enjoy :)
