[sqlmap-users] Retrieving weird characters from MySQL 4.0

Great project! Keep up the good work!
I have one issue while communicating with a MySQL 4 database.Within the SQL shell I enter this query "SELECT 'foo'".
After excecuting I get a list of weird characters, like: 'ۋ|'.
Is there any explanation for getting these results?
