Ok. Now we look at the same code. That conf.matchRatio is a setting we use now for MATCH_RATIO you mentioned before. All in all, now if you check out latest development version from our repository (svn checkout https://svn.sqlmap.org/sqlmap/trunk/sqlmap sqlmap-dev), you'll see that there is a new option --ratio which is exactly what you requested.
