I'm takke in japan.

I'v added new features to change some fonts in the
preference dialog.

This file is not a patch, it's fully code of
dbFrame.cpp/dbFrame.h.

and now, you can use a sample build of my modified
sqlitecc.exe (based on v1.0.1).
