#3 Take file from command line

Currently, sqlitebrowser does not take a file from
command-line. I would like to be able to pass it a file
to open when I load it.

If there is a way to do this, such as some options, it
needs a man-page.

Also, if you setup that for the command-line, it should
also have a -help option, even if it only says that
there are no options.

    Just to let you know I have this ready, will commit as soon
    as possible for the next binary release. So if you are a
    developer looking for some feature to work on please try one
    of the other feature requests.

    Dear,

    I can't help noticing, it has been almost half a year since
    tabuleiro claimed to have fixed this. I suppose, nobody made
    a binary version since. I would very much appreciate, if
    someone would be so kind to build a new binary version for
    Windows with this feature included.
