Are you in a high-load setting? We are, and see these from time to time. I =
think it's a timeout as well.

My logs show quite a lot of these messages:
Jan 24 18:25:46 hostname postfix/smtpd[6778]: [ID 947731 mail.warning] =

Jan 24 18:25:45 hostname postfix/smtpd[6123]: [ID 947731 mail.warning] =
warning: timeout on 127.0.0.1:2501 while reading input attribute name
and
Jan 24 17:57:53 hostname postfix/smtpd[23742]: [ID 947731 mail.warning] =
warning: connect to 127.0.0.1:2501: Connection timed out
But sqlgrey is up and running and produces normal log entries like as well

Seems like the daemon doesn't answer fast enough or not at all - any ideas =
or fixes?
