Ok, I got it, you must be in the sqlgrey user's directory. Init scripts 
deal with it on debian/gentoo/redhat and derived distributions. It's 
probably a bug, sqlgrey should change its working directory itself. 
Until we fix this, please launch sqlgrey after "cd /var/lib/sqlgrey"
