[Sqlgrey-users] Add cacert.org to the whitelist

CAcert is a free certificate authority (http://www.cacert.org).  They
send out email pings when you want to register a new email address or
domain.  However, they don't use a real outgoing mailserver, just
connect out once in some sort of script.  Greylisting then effectively
permanently blocks the email.  They workaround is to send an email
ping twice.

Would you add *.cacert.org to the whitelist?
