These spam mails are coming from MTAs operated by spammers. Most of the ip addresses can be identified by sbl.spamhaus.org. Unfortunately, in Germany you are not allowed to generally block MTAs. This has to be the decision of the end user. My comment was, we do not have to make the regex more complicated if all what we get is faster spam acceptance.
