192.204.19.13   # discovery.acnatsci.org (they have groupwise 5.5)

The entry above uses groupwise 5.5 (from 1996) that does not understand
the transient 450 error code, it translates that into 554 error (no
valid recipients). I contacted the organization, they know about it and
informed me that they are upgrading to a current version of groupwise in
the next few months.
