hre's the commented changelog:

- DB handles aren't destroyed by the DBD driver anymore (attempt to fix
the freezes some have witnessed, SQLgrey is now more in control of the
database connections),
- spec file updated to conform to RPM 4 (Copyright -> License),
- logstat bugfix (new log format wasn't supported properly),
- protect Syslog calls from "%?" strings (I don't believe there was a
security problem with this, but some badly written spambots leave
"%_id_" strings behind that perl's syslog interface try to interpret and
this generated ugly errors in log).
