Hi,

1.7.0 is on sourceforge. Only tar.bz2, RPMs should come tomorrow.

This is 1.6.0 with Michel's work:
- connect cleanup on AWL entry creations,
- throttling.

I added a quicky: I realised I could make SQLgrey start even if the DB
system is down without too much code. Now if your distribution mess up
the service startup dependencies, SQLgrey will be patient and wait for
the DB to come up (disabling greylisting meanwhile) instead of exiting
on error.
