Hi,

IPv6 and optin-optout at last!

- IPv6
The database layout changed to accomodate IPv6 needs. SQLite 3.2.1,
MySQL 4.0.24 and PostgreSQL 8.0.1 migrations where tested.

Unfortunately I don't have any IPv6 connectivity to test the whole code,
so please report (I'm especially interested by smart and classc
configurations).

oups, just realised it isn't in the spec file yet, it won't be installed
by a rpm built directly from the tar.bz2...
