And here comes the Big Hideous Ugly Regexp ;-)

The attached patch makes SQLgrey's smart decisions much smarter in deciding if 
C-Class or complete IP should be used for a given client.

It's heuristic... So imperfect, but my tests show it gives much more accurate 
results compared to the original simpler algorithm.

(Using a "debug" loglevel will show the decision rules that trigger)
