I'm using Postfix 2.1.5 from Debian/unstable (Ubuntu/hoary).  It
supports IPv6 out of the box (and I'm pretty sure that at least some
earlier versions did as well).

I quite sure I've seen an IPv6 address in an earlier greylisting d=E6mon
(I'm afraid it was PostGrey, though, but I haven't got any log files
to support it).

Either that, or just praying that spammers or viruses won't connect
over IPv6. ;-)
