I want to run sqlgrey as the user "sqlgrey". I want to
run sqlgrey as a daemon. The user sqlgrey cannot (and
should not be able to) write to PID files in /var/run.

Conclusion: I lose.

If sqlgrey could, around the time it daemonizes, change
UID to a specified user, all would be fine. It doesn't
need to do clever drop/gain privilege stuff, because
once the PID file is written, it's done.

Greetings from California! I'm bored to tears at work so I decided to check out your blog on my iphone during lunch break. I love the knowledge you provide here and can't wait to take a look when I get home. I'm amazed at how quick your blog loaded on my cell phone .. I'm not even using WIFI, just 3G .. Anyhow, superb blog!

I do consider all of the ideas you have presented to your post. They are really convincing and will definitely work. Nonetheless, the posts are very short for starters. May just you please prolong them a bit from next time? Thanks for the post. Mulberry Outlet http://mulberryoutlet.v5s7.com
