I have a client who wants to report on data stored in an IBM DB2 MVS database (mainframe). The client has the IBM DB2 JDBC drivers and when we use those, the connection works fine in PEC. Also, when firing up PRD, all DB objects are correctly retrieved. When entering a SQL statement in PRD's datasource creation window, the data comes back correctly.

But, when we use the SQL Query Designer, at the exact moment when we drag and drop a table from the list of tables to the SQL designer canvas, PRD generates a null pointer exception.

This is apparently a known problem that happens in many applications that are not IBM DB2 aware and it is related to an incorrect retrieval of the table structure.
