My set up is Window 1( main window) Window 2 ( larger screen to the right of main window) and Window 3 ( right of window 2).
I enabled my window manager and it forces SQLeo to start in the window 2. The cmd.exe still starts in window 1 but SQLeo starts in window 2. Now I don't have the problem.
Further testing revealed the if the window manager is disabled, and I make window 2 the main window, then SQLeo will start there, as will the cmd.exe and I am able to move the window.
It looks like there might be a bug in the window positioning / coordinates relatve to the main monitor.
Is there anyway I can debug this further. I am not a java developer. I do have visual studio 2015 installed.

Hi,
thank you for using SQLeo for so long.
SQLeo is a full java spring application: I think that only a java developer will be able to diagnose and fix this (and unfortunelly I'm not this one ;o(

This problem appears to be related to this issue but I do not seem to have the patches installed.
