The IDE is currently being rewriten; it supports only SQL Server for now - see

Project evolved into T-SQL Developer (see http://sourceforge.net/projects/t-sqldeveloper\)
Although the new project is intended to be optimized for SQL Server, the first version of the new IDE (1.0, currently it is 0.1) should work with any database

The whole "src" folder of the project as well as the nightly-build eos.jar have been uploaded to project' cvs

The deadline for 2.0 stable release is 10.12.2003.
Since 22.10.2003, after long period of inactivity, the sqldeveloper project have been under hard-testing, bug-fixing and features-implementatioln. This became possible after a new memmber of the team had joined in.
This will be not only stand-alone application but also an Eclipse plugin. This step will make even the eos' and sqldeveloper' versions

SqlDeveloper project is under development again. It has been rewriten again on the core of the EOS project. It is early alfa-version pre-release with only one view (tables view) enabled.

This project has been closed sinse 01.01.2003
It evolved to the EOS project, which is based on Eclipse GUI but is not plug-in for Eclipse any more. It is on first development stage (version 0.1)
