#4 New database connection

It seems to me that the custom database selection does
not work.
Even with correct credentials I always get the error
"Warning: Incomplete or bad arguments! You must specify
a database name!".
One problem is that there is no "driver" entry. The
other problem is
that the logic in $cr_connect in show_SQL_menu is wrong.
