#11 Timeout period

It'd be nice to be able to configure the timeout period.
Normaly I don't have a problem but needed to do a long
sequence of things, sat down and wrote .sql then was
eventually greated with a "Statement Failed.
Timeout expired. The timeout period elapsed prior to
completion of the operation or the server is not
responding." message.
