#20 Copy as HTML is extremely slow

Generate table of results with a substantial number of results (e.g. > 1000) and a number of columns (>20) and click Grid > Copy > as HTML and the program locks up until the copy process is complete. This usually takes several minutes.

Copy as XML does not appear to suffer the same issue.
