#15 Case Sensitive Sql Server Problems

SqlBuddy crashes when trying to get column information
from case sensitive servers.

The DataDictionary class uses the information schema
to access column information. The queries that get this
information refer the columns and table in all lower case.
They should be changed to use all upper case.

(i hope this project is still alive, it doesn't look like there
is much activity. I tried to email Tobin, but the email
bounced back. This is a great product and very
appreciated)
