#12 Connection Profile allows same name.

Creating a new connection profile with the same name
as an exising one is allowed. Once created, any updates
to new profile actually update the intial profile of the
same name. I assume you are using the profile name as
the key for updates.

Recommendation:
Disallow the creation of a new connection profile that
has the same name as an existing profile.

Connection profile will no longer allow for profiles of the same
