Sql2Csv Version 1.0.3 released

I just released version 1.0.3 of Sql2Csv. The new Version includes a new solaris compatible FTP class. The SQLite ADO.NET 2.0 Provider was updated to Version 1.0.48.0. And some improvements of code and configuration were done.
