sql-ledger installation

Hi,

I'm trying to install the latest sql-ledger on a mandrake 8.1 with

DBI 120-1mdk
DBD-pg 1.01-1mdk
Pgsql 7.12-19mdk
Apache 1.3.20

I've followed the install instructions but all I get when I'm tryin to access 
admin.pl is:
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable 
to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, root@localhost and inform them of 
the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have 
caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Apache-AdvancedExtranetServer/1.3.20 Server at firewall.home.net Port 80

Hi there,

Make sure you have the correct permissions set up according to Dieter's
instructions. Change accordingly and all should be OK!

This error means something has gone wrong.  To get more information you
need to check your apache error_log file.  It will give you a clearer idea
of what has gone wrong.  

If you have trouble checking the file pleast post and I will give more
detailed instructions.
