As a start we have http://www.sql-ledger.org/misc/faq.html
But it seems to me we could flesh this out abit. Also, I've messaged
Dieter to see if we can get ahold of the archives as one file rather
than having to download one month at a time. The lack of a searchable
archive on Source Forge is a hindrance and really necessitates a more
verbose FAQ.
I expect 'how to unsubscribe from a mailing list' could be at the top of
this file. ;-)
