[SL] Service Invoice

I just installed  the 2.8.8 Sql-ledger and in the templates directory 
there are many service invoices (both html and tex), but they don't show 
up in the web interface at all.  How would I be able to create service 
based invoices?

There should be some templates in the user subdirectory. Or you move
the ones you need there and modify.

Found that folder, but anyone I add, specifically the 
Service-invoice.html/tex, still doesn't show up in the web interface.  I 
checked the permissions, and everything looks good, but do I need to run 
something or tell sql-ledger about the changes some how?

Sorry about that,

the invoice file must be called invoice.html and invoice.tex (not
Service-invoice.html/tex).
