I believe MRMS has a standard Jet database back-end. You should be
able to make an ODBC/DAO/ADO/whatever connection to it via MS-Access
or your favorite SQL scripting utility and get at the raw tables.
Crystal Reports or one of the DataViz products might be of some help
too if they are available.
