The only caveat would be if you have no room between the last account
number in the 'I' and 'E' ranges. Two new accounts are added, one for
exchange rate gains and one for exchange rate losses.
I use the next highest number available in the 'I' and 'E' account
categories to add these accounts.
So, if your last account in the 'I' category is 4999 and the first account
in the 'E' category is 5000 there is no room to insert an account.
In my opinion it is very highly unlikely that this situation will ever
arise in a real world situation. If it does, the upgrade will not work as
expected and I will hear about it anyway.
