Did you load admin.pl and setup a user?
I assume you use cjs as your login name into your computer and created a
database cjs and the tables under your name.
Load admin.pl and click on *Add User*,
Enter cjs as login
In the Database section enter cjs in the Name and User field
Leave the Host and Port field empty.
