Netscape/Mozilla Printing

When printing from recent versions of these browers (ie Netscape 6+) the
first line printed contains the URL of the page being printed. This is
undesirable when printing invoices, reports, or other output from
sql-ledger. How can I avoid printing the URL when using these browsers?

I don't think you can.  Maybe you can write some sort of
print filter to deal with it.

I see PDF reporting is in the list of things to do in a
future release....

Have a look in File, Page Setup if it exists in Netscape 6. I don't have
6 installed so I can't check it.
