I use both under Win2K with apache as cgi's no problems.

Yea, I use PgAcess for lite stuff and .sql files for the rest. I want
to try PHPPgAdmin, but worried about conflicts between PHP and Perl Apache
modules. Anyone know anything about this? I've only heard some grumblings,
no specifics.
