Yea, I use PgAcess for lite stuff and .sql files for the rest. I want
to try PHPPgAdmin, but worried about conflicts between PHP and Perl Apache
modules. Anyone know anything about this? I've only heard some grumblings,
no specifics.

Should be fine on at least Linux, BSD, Solaris.

On our commercial hosting servers (Linux) we use:
Apache
mod_perl
mod_php
mod_ssl
MySQL

Locally, with the box that runs SQL-Ledger, we use as above plus postgresql with phpPgAdmin 
(and phpMyAdmin).

There are no tricks involved really, just a tried and tested build sequence from clean source each 
time we compile and Apache using only static modules. A lot of problems seem to arise from 
shared libs and Apache DSO configurations. Not that it doen't work, just that there are more 
potential gotch'yas.

I use both under Win2K with apache as cgi's no problems.
