Ok folks, I'm not an Accountant, and I've got some general
questions/brainstorming ideas that I'd like to bring to the group so that I
can configure this to my needs.
I've had SQL-Ledger installed and used for about 2 months now, however,
since most of the employees here are die-hard windows nuts, getting anyone
to use it (other than myself) have come to be just painful.
I've made some touch-ups to the code, and I've made it a bit more
user-friendly. However, I am trying to figure out the best way to do the
following:
1.) Track Petty Cash
2.) Payroll (this is a big one)
3.) Formatting Output to a Beta-Brite LED Sign (this is just to show me in
the Data Center who has logged in and logged out so that I know when to kill
my distributed.net daemon)
4.) Split Invoicing (We charge a person 35% down and the rest at stages in
the project. Is there an easy way to do this?)
There had been some discussion on the list as to #4 in the past few days,
but nothing too serious has come out of it. Can someone give me ideas on
the other three?
Thanks in Advance,
Ian
