[SL] setting taxdescription

Hi,

I'm using SQL-Ledger with the german translation and would like to set
the value of "Umsatzsteuer, 16%" to 19% _and_ changeing the description
to "Umsatzsteuer, 19%" too. I was successful to change the %-value from
16 to 19 (System/taxes), but how or where do I change the description?
On the sales invoice the tax is calculated correctly with 19%, but the
desciption is still "Umsatzsteuer, 16%" and should be "Umsatzsteuer,
19%"

Haven't messed with the languages myself but a quick text search through the files should find it.  E.g. from the folder where SL resides just do a:
   fgrep -R Umsatzsteuer * 

There is also a page on the website regarding customizing the text source files.  (I.e the "proper" ways to edit them so future system updates don't undo your handywork.  :)
