[SL] Every Customer is customer #1

[Andrew @ A. L. <atm...@km...>]

Just wondering... I have a client that is just starting with SL and adding a
Huge number of customers first... however for some reason EVERY customer is
customer #1 ????
 
I even edited on of them to update to customer 12, but when you go back...
they are still number one??
 
Any thoughts?

Did you use a defeaulkt CoA? Do you have any A/R subledgers defined?

Sorry I cannot answer you any clearer... However everything is default,
using Retial setup, do not have any subledgers defined... However... I did
not do anything different that what I did with my own setup, and mine is
fine... (Think the version I am using is a bit older however)

Just wondering if anyone else has any input... They have thousands of
customers... Should I be telling them to stop inputing (they have put in a
few hundred so far)  Is it correctable?

Also... Speaking of customers... They have all of them in MYOB.... Any
simple way to get them from MYOB to SL  (actually... Would even accept
difficult way as long as its no worse than manual entry)

If MYOB has an export function to export a customer list then there's a
way. You may need to hire a programmer to create you a migration script
though. I don't know of any pre-done scripts for MYOB.
