[SL] Error in Foreign Currency conversion

Hi,
I think SL making error in Foreign Currency conversion when full number is used without fraction.
This is example:
After making AP transaction in foreign curency with conversion rate 2.0 GL rekord looks like that:
           23.10
                   11.55
It shuld look like that:

           23.10
                   11.55
                   11.55
