[SL] connectDBStart connect failed

Hi,

I blew away my previous install (no backup yet of course) and in trying 
to create a dataset after the re-install I get this message:
	Error!
	connectDBStart() -- connect() failed: No such file or directory

I installed everything (including perl, DBI and DBD-Pg) from rpms and 
the new distro is RH7.2. I'm using the README file in the doc directory 
as my How-To... it worked before.

Any idea of what is wrong here?
