It means "Digesting your invoice made me sick and I puked something
maybe-understandable into $userspath/1016793314.invoice.dvi (directory
"users" if you haven't played around too much with sql-ledger.conf).

Maybe Ghostscript (which provides the dvipdf command)?

I use Debian so others are probably more helpful here. On Debian
installing "tetex-nonfree" and either "gs" or "gs-aladdin" takes care of
installing the remaining required tetex packages as well.
