Maybe Ghostscript (which provides the dvipdf command)? I use Debian so others are probably more helpful here. On Debian installing "tetex-nonfree" and either "gs" or "gs-aladdin" takes care of installing the remaining required tetex packages as well. > p.s. I'm new to PDF/LaTex generation.
