database constraints

Hi,

I'm new to sql-ledger and new to postgresql but I can't seem to find where the constraint and index 
definitions are stored in the install scripts.  If anyone can point me in the right direction I 
would sure appreciate it.  If this a rtfm question I apologize in advance.
